제목이 낚시라고 생각하시면 할말은 없습니다만, 그 내용을 보면 미국 유명 연예인인 Angelina Jolie가 현 대통령인 Barack Obama의 수단에 대한 정책을 보며 "물러나라 calling out"고 했다고 언론이 전했다고 합니다.

Angelina Jolie is calling out the Obama administration for its approach to the situation in Sudan, according to news reports.

한국에서도 이런 일이 있지만 연예인이 대 놓고 이렇게 이야기한 사례는 아직 없는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 아무래도.. ㅎㅎㅎ 정치적인 얘기는 하지 않겠습니다. 하지만 경제살리라고 뽑았더니 국민의 자유를 억압하고, 일방통행하는 현 정부에 숨죽이는 우리네 사정과는 사뭇 달라보입니다.

"Their policy, though, raises a number of questions," the star wrote in a Newsweek editorial.

"오바마정부의 정책은 많은 의문과 생각을 하게 만든다"고 뉴스위크지의 "Star wrote"에서 밝혔다.

"How is the Obama administration's approach to Sudan an evolution of justice? In addition, when the administration says it intends to work to 'improve the lives of the people of Darfur,' I would like to know what that means, besides the obvious point that their lives could hardly get worse."

The actress, a U.N. Goodwill Ambassador since 2001, has devoted much of her efforts toward work in the troubled Darfur region, including her role in the Jolie-Pitt Foundation.

Her editorial came in honor of Human Rights Day, noting past historical tragedies before settling on the Darfur crisis, which she writes has left "300,000 dead and 2.7 million people internally displaced," OMG! reported. "(The administration) has not yet announced any serious moves to enforce the decision of the ICC and execute its warrants," Angelina wrote.

“On this Human Rights Day — the same day President Obama receives his Nobel Peace Prize — we must also remember those who have been deprived of their rights. Holding perpetrators of mass atrocities accountable is the best way to ensure justice today and peace in the future.

Sudan is the place to start,” she wrote.
