이런 기능은 ooVoo뿐만 아니라 Twiddla, 그리고 협업(Collaboration) 기능을 서비스하는 많은

프로그램들이 개별 기업들의 니즈를 충족시키기 위한 커스터마이즈 기능을 많이 부여하고 있습니다.

 

여러분들이 소형 콜센터, 온라인 업체를 운영하거나 홈베이스 기반의 콜센터를 운영하고 있다면 이러한 기능을 도입해서 더 효율적인 회사의 정체성(Identification)과 웹사이트를 통한 홍보 전략이 도움이되시리라 생각합니다.

 

Customize the screen of your TAW for Skype  new!

Attending to several requests, we have created a selection of themes for your TAW for Skype. By clicking on menu Help > Options > General  you can choose the theme of your preference.

Do you know that you can place your company logo on TAW for Skype screen?

That is right! Use TAW screen to show your company logo. This way, your guests will see your logo every time you invite them for a session.

* All you have to do is: click on menu Help > Options > Personalization. You must type down the URL where the company logo is hosted. And then, click on “Save”. Next time you invite your contacts for a meeting, they will be able to see your logo!
