Native Speaking Korean Customer Support Representative (Working Location: South Korea)

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Duties include performing a wide variety of inside sales support activities in the customer service and sales functions.
• Responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Must be able to respond promptly to customers’ inquires.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• At least 1 year customer service experience.
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Korean languages
• Degree in relevant discipline.
