Technology Transfer Manager (TTM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide both on-site and remote applications support to customers.
• Demonstrate machines to customers and provide customer training to ensure equipment is used effectively.
• Assist customer to solve problems related to application of the product to customer’s manufacturing process.
• Evaluate engineering upgrades and other product proposals submitted by development Engineering to determine practicality and usefulness of the application by customers.
• Assist Sales Staff is assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
• Provides list of self generated application projects centering on process improvement.
• Represent the customer’s interest at technical meeting within the company.
• Establish specification on equipment to be used by the customers.
• Up to 75% travel is required including extended stay at customer locations.
• Up to 4-6 months of initial training may be required.

Education:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• MS in Chemical; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. MS in Physics, material Science or related technical discipline/ Ph.D. preferred.
• 3-5 years of Front end semiconductor experience.
• Process engineering experience in a development of manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be proficient in English.
